Our Mission
Founded by Egide Thein in 2018, Noah’s Ark Communities is a charitable organization aimed at providing a safe residential living, learning, and work environment to individuals with developmental differences, with a focus on the Autistic spectrum. The mission of Noah’s Ark Communities is committed to empowering individuals who have developmental differences by advocating on their behalf and by providing or facilitating choices of meaningful employment, recreational and social opportunities and affordable housing in an inclusive community of their choice.

The goal of Noah’s Ark Communities is to develop residential villages nationally, serving about 120 individuals each. Residents of Noah’s ark Communities will typically be age twenty-one and over, because state-provided benefits are generally terminated when an individuals reaches such age.
